Formerly based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, William Adam Boyd is the chief executive officer of VeriPay in Sheridan, Wyoming, and the founder and chief executive officer of PCI Express and VeriFund. Under William Adam Boyd’s leadership, VeriPay has enjoyed a three-year growth rate of more than 1,200 percent and was recognized by Inc., Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

Boyd has nearly 24 years of experience as a business leader and entrepreneur, beginning with funding EMS, a video game software development company. Besides his leadership activities at VeriPay, William Adam Boyd maintains membership with professional organizations such as the Electronic Transactions Association.

Outside of his activities as an entrepreneur and business leader, Boyd’s interests include following and taking part in autocross rally events. His favorite events include the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance and Motoring Festival. In 2014 his Ferrari California was honored with a Crescent Award at the latter event.
